Its a good company for Comfort Zone lovers.

Recently they started removing the Variable Part from Salary for New Hires. Which they did not do for old employees and no one was there in Company to answer that. Which was a huge setback for Existing employees and motivated them to look out.

There is nothing to like about this shitiest company. Yes it is TRUE that they provide you job very easily. So one looking for job can apply here but while working their is nothing to like.

...days given. TL will ask you to come to work on festive holidays for extra pay I.e 800rs only depending upon your salary. No cooperation from higher management. They will ask you anytime to extend your shift. 9.5hrs of shift in which 8.5hrs is for work and get 30mins lunch break and 15-15mins break. And if you exceed the break you will have to extend the shift. Shift timings. No productivity left in life. Very low salary. Only the higher management is happy in this job because there is nobody to monitor them. They can do whatever they want. Roam anywhere at anytime. Take half day and go for team party. We as employees can only leave the building after shift end. Worst company to start career with.

Friendly nature and good environment.sometimes dance program, team lunch. Work was good and Learnt more things on credit card

Salary was not increased. Work was very strict mainly on quality sometimes working on Sunday and even on festival days. Monday to Saturday full work

Concentrix have very good culture and environment for working and there are lot of opportunities to get promoted with in 2 years and your job is secure in this company
