Terrible compensation, managers doesn't even listen when we talk about compensation but will ask 1000 questions to approve a week leave. Not a single facility is available in the office except a broken TT table and work out beanbags.

...rement on promotion are pathetic as well. They are miser when it comes to money. They need everything but don't want to pay.

salary is good & based on your capabilities you will get promotion for sure..job security is the USP of Concentrix(Disclaimer- seriously Non-compliance will not entered).. you have ample amount of courses to develop your self..Management is good(may be the process client is not good hence sometime Management got slightly hash)

It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent
