Working with such a great organisation with admirable work life balance and employee centricity was a pleasure to me.

If the salary structure would have been considered and improvised a bit then there would have been no reason to look for another organisation to go with.

There is a job security and work culture is also good and the management also good.

We don't have any compensation means last year we didn't receive any type of CCL like that and there is no bonuses and all.

Process were good but growing rate very low and TL are quite bossy not friendly....job security is 5 out of 5 but growing as in professionally and financially verry negligible

They will fire you on non perfomance. They ample time to improve your skills( Depends on process) There will be Job security

...rement on promotion are pathetic as well. They are miser when it comes to money. They need everything but don't want to pay.

Concentrix was a great company to work with, great management and leaders They provide 100% job security, even at the time of business rampdown they provided employment to everyone not a single person was asked to resign.

Dislikes

Salary, only reason why I resigned from the job was the salary, the salary that they are offering at Ranchi location is very less. I worked there for around 3 years starting salary was 10000 and after 3 years the increment that they made was us just 4000 In which even I promoted once.
