Management is too supportive for the freshers. Good platform for freshers as they can learn good skill sets

Everything is too good except the hike in employees payout. Other than that Concentrix is the best ever company to work.

Process were good but growing rate very low and TL are quite bossy not friendly....job security is 5 out of 5 but growing as in professionally and financially verry negligible

Work balance, no exception for even technical error in performance. Very low salary increments, you need to wait for a year to get 1 month mobile recharge as a salary increments. Needs to work on national holidays. No national leaves compared to other organizations
