It is a good company to start with and the job security will be there. Even in the time of covid when the companies were firing the concentrix was hiring back to back.

The salary part is not good. Less paying and less increments.

It is good and easy job to do but you will start to feel insecure as there is no promotion and also there is no salary hike expected. Only way to get a good salary is to earn incentive.

It is a great to place to work and start your career. Lot of growth opportunities provided if you perform well. Until and unless you quit the job concentrix will never let go off their employees. I can guarantee on job security and company takes care of their employees with almost care.

Only concern is salary. They don't pay for what we work.

The only good aspect left is supportive teammates, who are directly affected by the record scrutinized changes within the company.

Dislikes

Salary hikes are atrocious, for couple of years there's no hike and the 3rd year they just add some big number as appears to show something on record.

It's so good . That they are taking caring of each and every employee they call them and they said each and every guidance on this pandemic situation

Not everything but they haven't increased our salary as they said before
