Firstly taking measures to minimize the risk of covid 19,even in pandemic taking care of employees salary and supportive work culture

Consistncy in process as I joined concentrix since 2 months I have been shifted for 3 times in different process.As per requirements it is been shifted but unless full knowledge could not be gained we could not able learn the new process

Process were good but growing rate very low and TL are quite bossy not friendly....job security is 5 out of 5 but growing as in professionally and financially verry negligible

Work balance, no exception for even technical error in performance. Very low salary increments, you need to wait for a year to get 1 month mobile recharge as a salary increments. Needs to work on national holidays. No national leaves compared to other organizations

They will fire you on non perfomance. They ample time to improve your skills( Depends on process) There will be Job security
