I appreciate the company's culture and values. I value the importance of the premise's hygiene and cleanliness. Job security is good here. A travel allowance is a beneficial perk that I like. I enjoy working with supportive and collaborative staff.

There is nothing to like about this shitiest company. Yes it is TRUE that they provide you job very easily. So one looking for job can apply here but while working their is nothing to like.

...days given. TL will ask you to come to work on festive holidays for extra pay I.e 800rs only depending upon your salary. No cooperation from higher management. They will ask you anytime to extend your shift. 9.5hrs of shift in which 8.5hrs is for work and get 30mins lunch break and 15-15mins break. And if you exceed the break you will have to extend the shift. Shift timings. No productivity left in life. Very low salary. Only the higher management is happy in this job because there is nobody to monitor them. They can do whatever they want. Roam anywhere at anytime. Take half day and go for team party. We as employees can only leave the building after shift end. Worst company to start career with.

Work balance, no exception for even technical error in performance. Very low salary increments, you need to wait for a year to get 1 month mobile recharge as a salary increments. Needs to work on national holidays. No national leaves compared to other organizations
