Apart from promotion, everything is good in this Company including salary hike which we're getting approximate 7.5-10% yearly, job security, teammates & seniors, managers & HR, work life balance, fixed working time, improving soft skills and company culture etc.

Dislikes

Career growth is too slow and less salary hike.

The things I like about the company is that employees have a job security. Even if a process gets shutdown due to any reason, they try to retain the employees from that process by taking them in other on-going process. And there is an opportunity to get promoted every once in a while.

Dislikes

...de skill development training properly and expect a self learning from everyone. And the salary hike is never satisfactory. The yearly hikes are based on performance and performance is based on survey generation which is not quite easy.

Nothing much to say about dislikes but I have one ie., Salary hike should be much more higher for what we are working currently.

Company has huge focus on cost cutting. They don't care about employees career and growth. They need work from employee in cheap compensation. There is no any growth opportunities. Employees keep working at same level for years..so be careful before joining.
