There is nothing I like working in Concentrix. It felt like I am in pressure cooker every time they want us to extend work time.

Dislikes

No Bonus, No allowance, No cab facility for male employees, huge work pressure, management knows there is resources crunch still doesn't recruit. Continuously increasing pressure on existing employees.

While I appreciate the job security Concentrix provides, I'm becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the current process. The workload has significantly increased due to the constant addition of new responsibilities, yet there has been no corresponding adjustment to our salaries. It feels as though we are being compelled to meet every client demand without any consideration for the impact on employees or our feedback. This imbalance between workload and compensation, coupled with a lack of employee voice, is creating a challenging and demotivating work environment.

I was promoted just nine months after joining Concentrix. While I was thrilled to receive the promotion so quickly, I was extremely disappointed with the accompanying salary increase. It was a mere pittance, amounting to only a few hundred rupees. Honestly, it felt like an insult, especially considering the added responsibilities that came with the new role.

Luckily I have worked for Google so company culture is overpowered, but there is no job security and the salary is not that much satisfactory but working with this company was so awesome journey for me learnt alot about lives....

Cnx providing very good package for the fresher I would recommend to join as a fresher. Job security at cnx is high level.

...f culture making uncomfortable others who are working hard for the organisation. Also cnx treats both types of employees with same like salary or promotion. In the cnx 90% folks geeting prompted due to they don't have efficient folks who are eligible for that position. This type of culture will make the company hollow. Company needs to look for those who are working hard for them. Appraisal is very big concern there is no appraisal you will get only 4k-5k increment in your annual CTC only if you have 5 out of 5 rating.

...rview for another process. I worked here for almost 5 years and I want to work forever in CONCENTRIX. But they are now offering interview to re-select again as a Quality Evaluator, and always says current we are not hiring for QA. They should hire me directly as I gave almost 5 years. I want to be a part of concentrix again. I request you to please give me another chance to work here without any interview.
