Your job is secure in most of the process. Also it is good option to start the career but one should switch after 1 year of experience because salary hike is negligible.

Promotions are good but your manager can deny to release you. Salaries are not good. My manager tries to run it like a domestic BPO and behaves like we are nothing. He forgets we are also at Sr. QA level. Such poor management.

need to see the requirements of an employees benefits and yearly no proper value on appraisal, yearly bonus nothing is on structure.

Work culture/job security/Promotions will be very good in concentrix as in general corporates here also in concentrix there will be plenty unheard parts when it comes to salaries they are very much nominal then the market
