Salary could be better, though the job was so easy

I like the work culture and supportive staff. Job security. Flexible working hours. Leave mangement, Low Work pressure, Internal job promotions are easy to process. Building is very good and inside facilities also.

Dislikes

Compensation is very low. My only disappointment is salary. Internal job promotion will not increase much salary. didn't focus on one skill building moving employees from one LOB to other is very often.

Process were good but growing rate very low and TL are quite bossy not friendly....job security is 5 out of 5 but growing as in professionally and financially verry negligible

Work balance, no exception for even technical error in performance. Very low salary increments, you need to wait for a year to get 1 month mobile recharge as a salary increments. Needs to work on national holidays. No national leaves compared to other organizations

They will fire you on non perfomance. They ample time to improve your skills( Depends on process) There will be Job security

Dislikes

...rement on promotion are pathetic as well. They are miser when it comes to money. They need everything but don't want to pay.
