Growth opportunities. Good work environment. Management is very good. I work for Sprint process at Concentrix which is the most oldest and a big process. Concentrix have very good culture and environment for working and there are lot of opportunities to get promoted with in 2 years and your job is secure in this company

Process were good but growing rate very low and TL are quite bossy not friendly....job security is 5 out of 5 but growing as in professionally and financially verry negligible

I joined as a fresher so got reasonable salary. There are also allowance and incentives. Overall company working culture is very good. One of the most employee centring company. My supervisor are very co- operative, they always make me learn new things. If you want secured job please come to Concentrix.
