Concentrix offers good introductory salary if the requirement is critical, even will go upto 100% hike. Offers free cab to women employees and for low grade employees. Does some CSR activities.

Dislikes

The work culture is bad and gives utmost importance to clients than to employees or their mental health. The managers will have full authority over employees and even the HRs will be under them. Too much office politics etc not professional environment.

They offer Work from home, salary hike depend on manager, no biometric

there is no work life balance, if your are in not inline woth your manager then all up-lines and HR will listen your manger not yours, no matter you are right, there is no such team bonding

it is a very good company to start your carrier work life and personal life can be managed very well

internal promoters are not getting good salary and also salary is very less compared to other company

There is nothing to like about this shitiest company. Yes it is TRUE that they provide you job very easily. So one looking for job can apply here but while working their is nothing to like.

...days given. TL will ask you to come to work on festive holidays for extra pay I.e 800rs only depending upon your salary. No cooperation from higher management. They will ask you anytime to extend your shift. 9.5hrs of shift in which 8.5hrs is for work and get 30mins lunch break and 15-15mins break. And if you exceed the break you will have to extend the shift. Shift timings. No productivity left in life. Very low salary. Only the higher management is happy in this job because there is nobody to monitor them. They can do whatever they want. Roam anywhere at anytime. Take half day and go for team party. We as employees can only leave the building after shift end. Worst company to start career with.

Salary was not increased. Work was very strict mainly on quality sometimes working on Sunday and even on festival days. Monday to Saturday full work
