Director was very egoistic. All manager are puppet of that director. No projects . They will put you support project or on bench , After that god only can help you. One of my team members was fired because of his ego. If you are right, then your manager must have support you but here no no no .. they will support you even he is also scold you. So my advice, don’t join this company. May some other director or manager be good but .. can’t say

Toxic culture. Treating IT employees with BPO culture. Team members and Manager won't support you. When you get blocked due to access issues people will throw negative shade on you. Hired for react position but giving tasks on python, flask, gitlab-ci, kubernetes, data engineering streams like azure data factory, snowflake. They will literally torture you. Managers are not maintaining professionalism, they will say, we are paying and do whatever requirement irrespective of technology. They ask us to provide production support on week ends.

Worst management, Didnt have budgets for certifications to improve our skillset Hike doesnt depend on performance, decided by a single resource who is in higher adminsitration

People will have work you ll get opportunity to get your hands dirty with what ever technology is there in ones project

No promotions , no hikes ,no growth. If you join as junior/senior dev youll stay developer for the rest of your life
