Comviva may not be the best fit for those who prioritize productivity and quality, as processes seem to be implemented merely for show. So, those who value productivity and quality, steer clear. And don't be surprised if the HR says to you that we are offering a management position; just be aware that you may not have as much control or influence as you'd expect because everyone holds a designation like you and you may not know this reality when you get the attractive offer for namesake.

Honest Review *** *** Working from six months *** Pros : *Job Good Security *Good extra pay for rotational shifts *Company value is increasing in the market Cons : *No off in company work even on any festival or national holiday, it is 24×7 support work *Two days off isn't fix *Manager can change your shift anytime *HR said there is NO SIR policy in their company but in actual working you have to give respect to each senior by call them sir.

* Very informal environment * No new learning * No extra pay out for working in holidays * Human Resource team is very unresponsive after your deployment * Most of the employees working on technical profile and doing completelly non-technical work * Company is hiring the technical candidates who're B.tech from CS,EC & IT But believe me this work is not suitable for them even it is that much non- technical or easy work which can be done by a 10th Standard or 12th Standard student easily.
