Honestly, management is extremly biased. They do a lot of things to keep their company's image look good in social media. This company is a trap, if you join, you will simply waste your time. Management has unrealistic expectations from junior executives. There are also some dark stories happened in this company that I cannot tell.

Every...bad management, Biased. No care of employees. No salary growth. Office environment is poor. Poor work structure. Overtime daily (1 hour - 3 hours). Hire & fire every month so no job security. Salary deduction here is by force even after making all necessary amends. Meaning this company shall deduct your salary and provide a list of excuses by hook or by crook. Biasness or different rules from basics exist for juniors and seniors. Your seniors insult your experience and your intelligence over here. If you ask for some help or any help, they immediately threaten to deduct. All the time seniors here think about how to deduct your sal.
