Salary deduction here is by force even after making all necessary amends. Meaning this company shall deduct your salary and provide a list of excuses by hook or by crook. Biasness or different rules from basics exist for juniors and seniors. Your seniors insult your experience and your intelligence over here. If you ask for some help or any help, they immediately threaten to deduct. All the time seniors here think about how to deduct your sal.
