Internal politics by HR Manager, there is no work-life balance no skill enhancing, worst company culture created by HR Manager and some of another managers,there is no job security, i hope management don't know about the internal politics and company policies, even that HR Manager don't have the HR knowledge how he bacame HR Mnager i don't know. Worst experience with this company.
