...ent and culture. But teammates are supportive and management is not transparent. Company policies are not good, appraisal are not fair and they don't give good salary.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years.
