I just worked in Compsoft Technologies as an intern as part of my academic criteria. Talking about Compsoft Technologies I can say that the skill development is excellent and you will get hands on training and to a 10 members group one mentor will be allotted, who will guide you through out the training sesstions and helps in all situations like project starting till the completion phase. Company culture is good and you will be getting the work satisfaction there.

Coming to the demerits of Compsoft Technologies like, they will not properly start the sessions according to the time which they have scheduled for the program.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
