Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

EVERYTHING - VERY RUDE MANAGEMENT Your working hours will be extended everyday atleast for 2 hours and work on weekends but won't be paid extra. No proper structure, no proper training, people keep leaving and all their work are loaded on to you. You will be treated like slave literally.
