Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Friendly team mates.

Dislikes

After working 10 years there was no appreciation and no growth opportunities. Once the project is downsized we are in a soup. Poor work life balance. Very rude and unprofessional and thankless management.
