... Covid he helped everyone financially and everyone got salary full at that time. And the best thing is that every month everyone gets salary on time, everyone's payments are done on time like vendors and expenses , today our company is growing day by day due to good policies of our company.

The only benefit is your Salary is on time. And you learned various skills if you are curious to learn. For learning purpose company is good.

HR & Management of Company is not good they make you fool by giving commitment to regarding KRA (performance base incentive) and change the policy at the time of paying KRA. First their policy is quarterly and they paid it half yearly in actual. Then they changed it to annually then they paid it after 5-6 months of ending of financial year i.e. approx 1.5 years. I am an employee who gave 5 years to the company and they didn't gave my KRA incentive of Rs 35000/- While signing the fnf form HR commits he will pay my kra when all other employees are pay off because calculation was not done at that time but in July 22 month all employees have received their KRA incentive except me. Worst HR Policies, No staff welfare, politics, management is also not taking action and even they didn't have 5 mins to meet face 2 face with the employee who have gave 5 years to their company and resolve the issue. Mr Subir Bajaj owner of the company said that as per policy you are not eligible for kra incentive. In performance they check performance of last financial year then how i am not eligible if i left company in April 22. They had changed their policy without any intimation.

A work place full with politics, nobody want to take responsibility of their own working. High pressure with poor management system. No- job training and for current working system of industry.

Worst company. Pathetic condition. Washrooms are too unhygienic. Ulti aa jaegi dekh ke . Subir Bajaj ko toh thik se bolna bhi nhi aata kya bolta hai god knows. Doesn't make any wise decision

I feel more at home, more confirmable, more in control, and more supported than ever. "This employer genuinely cares for your growth, both professionally and personally. I have been here about 11 years now, and I have not heard any grumbling about management or the company or even the co-workers. And the company arranges training for the employees for their self-development which is very good for employees.
