Even though the management says you need to upskill your skills, they do not have a GOOD dedicated tool for us to learn and get certified. 3. No proper transparency. India management doesn't keep up to their promise especially during appraisal cycle. 4. No matter how much you work, very limited appreciation from the India management. All these cons might differ from team to team.

...aumas for sure - Request no one to join AstraZeneca project if getting selected. - they won't project great hike on your salary just 2-5% For example if you have 5.5lpa in your previous company you get 6lpa in this company. - you get good hikes in other companies 25-30% - even the appraisal will be 2-3% hike not more than that. No matter wat efforts or scores you have. - one the cheapest uncultured company to work with.
