Dislike everything except salary but then there's no Night shift allowance which is bad. Internal politics, favoritism, bullying and the management is so biased. They don't terminate employees in fear of gaining bad reputation so they make employee's life living hell so they resign and get out of the company by their own will.

The work life balance was good and so was the salary.

Dislikes

The company is being run as if it's a lala shop. They (departmental heads) are least concerned about your actual job responsibilities. If you are doing your job as per the responsibilities defined for your role over there and following the rules of the company to the T then it doesn't make them happy. They will be happy only when you can do their personal works then the sky is the limit for you and your job is secure too.

Very unprofessional workplace to be in, few people sitting in US if you are not in there good books then you wont get hike even worst you might be fired. Toxic culture and lot's of favouritism.

Instead of hiring FTEs CD is opting for contract resources or freelancers even for L&D . Beware: WFH or Hybrid FTE will be converted to 4 hour Contract . Extreme level of Sir culture under top management. You may loose your job if you fail to say sir. . No desk for FTE. It keeps changing. Even office space keeps Changing from skymark to shared working space . Nepotism: Married couples, Siblings, Parents-Kids, Uncle-Nephew nexus exist in office . Hire & Fire culture because of poor sales cycle . Even gave pink slips to an employee after maternity break Do think before joining the organization. may sabotage career amid B.Com turned developers.

Company culture is good. Salary is decent. Job security is there.

Dislikes

It is hard to take leaves For vacation. Manager do the possible to make you work and allow only one day leave after so much negotiations even if my work is done.
