Hire & Fire culture because of poor sales cycle . Even gave pink slips to an employee after maternity break Do think before joining the organization. may sabotage career amid B.Com turned developers.

Work from home. Unrealistic working hours by non-knowledgable PM. No system/ strategies- old people/ seniors using old strategies and reluctant to change. -***Trust me- least creative work. You will be hired easily-expel in 6months or so.

It is hard to take leaves For vacation. Manager do the possible to make you work and allow only one day leave after so much negotiations even if my work is done.

Even though they give you good salary and everything but there is a lot of politics involved and they would fire you without any solid proof or reason against you. The company is like a political party where management has their own favourites
