Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Dislikes

Everything. Only politics and ZM in kolkata Mr. Subhadip is most third class person. He support only a few sales person and 1 old accounts staff who have no work in whole day. Subhadip have no capability to understand what he do and what to do. He only capable for politics other office employees and warehouse team and interesting thing is that HO never take any action for this.

Salary pay timely but after resign they are hanging FNF Settlement and most cases they are cutting amount from FNF Settlement.

Dislikes

Very cheap company and their policies. Their are No future in this organisation. Sales person behaviour like company boss and managers get up and sit up only for sales person. Their are very much politics in this organisation. Specially in kolkata. No work environment and company does not deserve for employees good efforts and honour.
