Salary and promotion you can't satisfy of here because of CL operator have a salary 17k plus OT allowance. But new technical staff take home salary is 14 k this is worst scenario I've ever seen compared other company

There is good employees working.. and we learn about supply mount technology skills and warehouse working process logistics skills.. learning SAP for warehouse raw materials stock details handling and posting consumption's. We safe to work always.. good work environment and culture. Our all teammates are very supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria also.. company policies are good and they give good salary every year bonus.. good food and transport service also.. mainthing we will work to perform good.. they will give a opportunity for staff catagory post to work..

CTTI is supporting us well during this lock down period. There is no pay cut during the lock down. Ctti is make sure the social distancing and educating employees to use sanitizer, mask, and face shield.

Worst company, the Indian management are all unskilled, and there is no related between their education and designation , total corruption company

Hr team, specially head, does not known communication , they can't understand their r&r , and leading person , other country, dominating Indian team
