Environment is good and salary on time and systemic working solutions and Good colleagues.

Dislikes

Work timings is not good and only two three errors impact salary very badly and only one off in weeks and no promotion and no job securities.

As a female that job suited me to the fullest, time wise, salary wise, security wise and career wise too. Staff were also very supporting and employees views matters for them..

There we have to be punctual at any cost, coming late is something which they never support. And yes i always felt for tea/coffee breaks which they don't allow.

Good work environment but management is not supported. Appraisals are not fair and they do not give increment/hikein salary on every year

...s a lot of work pressure and politics and management doesn't resolve our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. They never support us in covid 19 and move company from Okhla delhi to noida and pressurise to us for resign due to this I left my job from competent software.

Its very great experience salary also give good but not carrier oriented limited growth time shifting for girls is also good and facilities also give best and good work environment

Sic talking way is very poor and not helping to our associates also convience issue

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality product and has a glabal client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day's as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
