... culture. Teammates are supportive and but the management are not good ☹️. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Top management is worst ever in my experience, they always try to depress employers and praise very few times.

Dislikes

Morning meeting and managers are worst , they talk like they have done some kind of favor by employing us, rubbish behaviour like they are to kill you, they need you in the office within 9:30 but no fix time to leave the office it can be even 9:00 pm during festival seasons.

I am working from previous 3yrs in this company but not a single opportunity for promotion when I will fight for my rights then management said leave the job but not any promotion opportunity is given.
