They had a couple of good clients, but their relationship with the clients was deteriorating by the time I left, so I'm not sure what the situation is now

Its been two years since I left compassites, I haven't received the FNF and the salary was never on time. They had not paid the taxes that they deducted from my salary, so I had to pay the fine for it

Salary is not ontime its 1.5 month delayed always. Variable pay will not be paid over next appraisal also. Employers fool employees giving false promises about salary status/ variable payment. Final settlement is always a year later who knows whether they will pay or not. I am still waiting for my last salary, variable pay and final settlement.

Job culture is very nice here. Employee will not feel boring and not much pressure of work. Team leaders even CEO is very friendly with employees. In coffee with CEO you can putup your question if you have.

Some policies which is changed recently i don't like because all are just for cost cutting.

The biggest thing I love about Compassites is the opportunities. This is the place for people who really are ambitious and want to do lots in their career. They have projects which require cutting edge technology. Culture is very open, flexible and friendly. They have some amazing clients and projects. One of the best places to work for.
