It's basically a Scam, company make sub standard products and don't respond to warrenty claims of the customers, as an employee they may hire you for as high as 12lpa but then use you for 3 months as a Trainee for 25k a month for a extensive traveling field job and then fire you.

Dislikes

...a sick guy that will abuse the employee and have many fraud charges against him. They don't pay you in full, they have even paid me 5-6k at a time as my salary. The moment you enter the company you'll feel the toxicity in the environment, full of underpaid employees who are about to leave, and the staff keeps rotating. Don't join this company especially on-campus as they might take you from the campus and rip you off from your campus placement.

Likes

It is the base of Electric Vechile (EV). They are the manufacture of EV motor and controllar of elctric motor and also many work on CNC. They also make the Automation Panel. So I can get multipul knowledge from the current company.

Dislikes

I am not have any disadvantage from the current company and the self learn is also from the company so i can't have any dislike from the company.
