Occasianally high workload during peak projects phases, but manageable with team support.

No work pressure until people focus on plotting against you.

So many things to dislike. Everything depends here on the basis of buttering and the personal relationship with management. No work ethics. Your skills and knowledge doesn't matter here. Waste of time. No job security, they start plotting against people once they get bored with them.

Down the line the workers are well dedicated and honest to their work

Maturity, Moral values and culture at top level is missing, disaster working there if you are an organised and wish to work in a corporate cultured company. You become enemy once you resign & company makes sure that you don't ever get a job anywhere else. That's funny but true.
