...pends on age. Cfca gives promotion & encourage employees depends on performance. Depends on employee performance the salary increases. They give travel allowance. The work environment in Cfca is just like a family. Every year Cfca come back with innovative ideas and develops the employees thinking ideas and serve the sponsor child families very well. In Cfca organisation work life balance is little bit hard because meetings were conducted regularly, it will take more time in the evening.

I dislike about late evenings because of the regular meetings.
