They are doing so much partiality, they don't value thire employees and thire efforts, worst incentive structure, so much targets to do,salary deductions on not achieved targets,no fun activities, biggest thing that no HR's I see who continue thire job mor then 3 months imagine how disgusting thire work culture are and infection thire oldest 4 employees who give thire 1 year over their even they all of give resignation becouse company didn't value them and not even give a promotion
