Sadly the company does not have any structure in place - HR policies, reporting, learning amd development. The Director dictates it like a school. Leaves you with no personal life, No sick leaves, salaries are deducted if you're late for a day even by 5 mins. However, there is no cap on working hours. Very Sad Experience
