...rowth. Less opportunity to promote your role. Done give full time remote option. No any benefits other than timely salary.

...any to work with. You will get good package as well as a good work life balance. Very less companies are there in the market with good work life balance and salary package , and Commscope is definitely one among them !

What one can call a dream job is this. What's not good here.. Nothing.. People, to policies to package, everything is designed to make people stay here for Long.. I had to quit due to personal reasons, otherwise, I might have went on to work for another decade or so.. If one gets an offer from here and doesn't grab it with both hands.. They have something to regret about for an eternity..

commscope giving a chance to work with full safety. In covid 19 lockdown commscope paid half salary and for travelling best fislity due to sosal distance.

Learning is good , you can gain more business knowledge practically you will not get it in a service based companies

No training at all for fresher's , The salary will be very megre comparable the person who joined as fresher will get equal salary as an 5yrs lateral joinee , don't expect late night cab or hike , no work culture at all no need to say
