Variable is a scam in this organization. Never ever consider variable as a part of your pay, because you won't be getting much. Promotion is a joke here, your manager will play with you and will give peanuts in return.

Commonwealth Bank is good in all aspect, benefits good, culture is good, Pay is good But some lacking area I faced learning, cross skill, work i am doing as tech BA I can't see any learning and growth in future it will make you go in comfort zone. Mostly things are much better in Sydney side growth and opportunities. On top of that you immediate manager play a important role I turned out unlucky in that area in CBA.

There is no promotion and there is zero variable pay u will get it.there is more politics in the company if u do politics to others u can survive in this company

no work-life balance This product-based company in india has worse culture than service-based company Indian management working in this company prefers only those from their region. Whether they work or not, they give all kinds of ratings or promotions quickly. No matter how hard people from other regions work or how many certifications they have, it doesn't matter; at the end, they give negative feedback only. alwasy demotivativation... many sessions conducted on mental health and well-being, but many in management continue to harass their team members. Suggestions to the Management: Since the chapter leads and line managers are engaging in a lot of political games, introduce them to feedback as well, such as 360-degree feedback.

Salary only one thing. That too HR reduce your previous organization PF amount and based on that they give 30% hike.

One of the worst organizations. No proper management in Transaction Monitoring. Daily we need to stretch and weekend works. 3+ years project got started but management still say that we are pipeline the project. Think twice before you join to CBA.
