Work timings and Salary & benefits.. all these comes into the picture only if you have the job security. Every 6 months, company goes for restructuring and then you will spend sleepless nights worrying whether your job will be secured or your role is going to be redundant.

1) If you have joined here from JP Morgan you will get all the opportunities just because senior management has previously worked with these folks in JP Morgan . 2) Rewards and recognition is not given on performance basis but on the basis of how friendly you're with the senior management, even if you have performed excellent throughout, you won't get the rewards because they will choose their favourite than your performance. 3) Promotions have the same criteria like Reward and recognition if you're their favourite only then you get promoted. 4) There is no proper cafeteria/ canteen you need to step out or order your food. 5) Transport is the worst

no work-life balance This product-based company in india has worse culture than service-based company Indian management working in this company prefers only those from their region. Whether they work or not, they give all kinds of ratings or promotions quickly. No matter how hard people from other regions work or how many certifications they have, it doesn't matter; at the end, they give negative feedback only. alwasy demotivativation... many sessions conducted on mental health and well-being, but many in management continue to harass their team members. Suggestions to the Management: Since the chapter leads and line managers are engaging in a lot of political games, introduce them to feedback as well, such as 360-degree feedback.

Good pay, which comes with own risk.

Dangerous workplace which is driven by EM and GM, job safety is not there at all. Great Innovation and change management, however, the pace also creates havoc in work workplace where the job they recruited 6 months ago becomes irrelevant and redundant. For Indian sentiment, this company is too low in rank compared to many American and European companies.
