Didn't have any job security our contract is extended for dec 2022 bt because of government decisions they terminated us in June 2022.. that's not good also they didn't provide other jobs they have vacancy bt didn't give us priority. Didn't provide any other benifits or facilities

Am Vathsala S - VLE (Vilage level Enterpranuer )of Common Service Centre at Tavarekere- Bangalore south - Past 3 years working as an Women Enterpranuer. I had a dream my child food that to have my own company, my dream come true now am happy. There is no tension about 9-5 job security here. If I work hard I can earn more, no time limit, etc. This is very good opportunity for self employment and to work on all fields A-Z.

I have worked as data collection door to door in economics survey 2019 . As this is very challenging job to get data from door to door and even some people regret to give their information like how much members live in their family how much people work employees. But overall my I have a good experience to communicate with anyone and. I can face any challenge related to public related issue. If talk about security this is very very good because overall this job is being done in govt . So I never worried about my security .

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
