I've worked with CommLab India for the last 6.5 Years, and it is a great company to work. They have been super flexible, have been very understanding and I never feel like anything is too much trouble. They produce high quality work, are always on time & provide excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them to all my friends.

Dislikes

Everything is worst here including the work environment, team managers, food and many more. They have so called team managers who are working from many yrs in the company and these team managers have lots of attitude who always gossip about other employees. They hold personal grudges which are completely unprofessional on employees and based on that they target the employee to be fired and tell the higher management COO that the employee performance is not good. And the COO doesn't properly enquire about the employees and listen to whatever these team managers say and fire the employees. Worst company ever which has no professionalism. They only consider managers feedback on employees and don't take seriously the feedback given by employees. Employees don't have have the voice to even complain on managers..even if they do so, such employees will very soon be fired from the company.

When I was a employee it was said to me that we are a family. Family is each is every employee. But I saw that without giving and further notice to an employee who has a family and was having first baby. The company decided to remove the employee without being able to serve the notice period. And the employee thata they removed was a employee of trust that employee worked there for a year and was planning for future. Company clearly did not care about the people.

Everything is good. I started my career in CommLab India. I moved to another organization because I am moving to another place. Career growth is good. Incentives are good. They take care about our health.
