The people in this only make friends and your existence matter only if your able to generate revenue to company buy paying to customers in order to get your salary justified.

Company is pathetic. They do not have any plan .Process they follow are from mediaeval age.

I did not find anything to like people, process, system and culture are all pathetic. Market risk head does not know how to develop models. His attitude is very racist towards non muslim people.

in my opinion, and my experience for more than 27 years I can tell that the bank is very weak and have unprofessional staff in high management and HR High management starting from CEO needs to understand how to listen to staff instead and before agreeing blindly of unprofessional managers' decisions at the end we realy missed the old days when the bank has a real and loyal staff who were worked hard and made the success of this great organisation (1992-2010) ex-staff 1992-2019

weak High management who Do not care about the staff at all weak HR who do not have the basics of dealing with staff and taking their decisions on a personal judgment or bya deal with other managers in bank for a personal purposes

management is unprofficionalal specially HR team who does not know any thing about their staff , i have left the bank after 27 years depends on a personal decision from our regional manager who is taking the decision in personal satisfaction and very far from the work level and even the HR is not concern about the staff and their quality or liabilities . about the staff appraisal it will never improved and still the management is deciding the staff promotions irrespective of the staff opinion which means we are still use the old appraisal but with different way

I worked as a Senior associate . I was pleasure there with my friends like Parkash, Rohit and I was working both work maintenance and Arabic translations.

In CBD my team leader's behaviour was worst . if I committed any mistake his behavior and tone was like class teacher.As well as my TL's behaviour was bad his talking style was aggressive. He always trying to blame me according to guidance of team leader. So I was unhappy there and stressed. I was trying to complete my work within time my was TL was assigning more additional work do it and go Due to additional works generally I used to missed my cab. Than cab was provided me after 3 hours or more than 3 hours. It was happening with me generally. TL was saying are you not seeing How Rohit is suffering. But Rohit speed was less than me. And he was not a Arabic associate. Due to this my wife was asking why you getting late everyday. Your Friend's are coming on time always. Which type of job you doing. So I was in stressed and not happy with my work.
