It is like a blank slate, you can do a lot of things to get the situation better. But in return you will get nothing except a good experience for your self.

Managers and Management is dull and job prospect is also poor. No team leaders are here, the managers do not want change there work culture despite getting huge amount. No appraisal or increaments. Old employees are good here but now they are hiring only dumb candidate. Most of new customers rejected us as Supplier, due poor work ethics.

Its a small firm like an shop. No auto motive culture because of no vision and mission of owners. They are 40 years old radiator manufacturer but because of nawabi attitude of lucknow they are still more then 50 year back in technology and up gradation. My suggestion stay away.
