-> Mid level managers. -> Treatement of humans as machine -> Gossip culture -> People don't really have the bandwidth to help one another. -> No proper onboarding of new employees. -> Not following any process to get things done. the list seems endless

Lets cut to the chase - the company's treatment of employees is livestock. WFH policy is a joke. A CEO who loves to have "yes"men. Terrible hiring and zero promotions and minimal hike. Somehow happy for uk folks who could leave this circus

Zero Work Life balance, management people are very bad, they don't know how to manage people or speak to them. You are treated as someone who just have to follow their orders

...hip and HR makes zero effort for improving that -Minimum 12hr of working hours -No other benefits apart from salary -Zero professional growth and mentorship

- real toxic environment, my first experience of toxicity - they give you zero respect for work life balance, remember you are also singing up for your personal life as well as along as your working in this company - as developer you will do ops work high under pressure, their systems are designed and maintained so poorly you have to live with it, they need to have basics right in the first place , - please dont have any good learning expectations, you might be developer doing analytics and ops work, forget about any technologies they promise you to work on, you will not be sure what you will be working on after 2 months - even after you working day and night and weekends for developing , enhancing and maintaining their systems, they will get rid of you, surprising part is you dont know why, not even any sign - i saw them hiring and firing trough out the year.
