They have a good lunch dinning plan, crew is balanced. Salary on time.

No opportunity, no increments, i have seen people getting fired for performance evaluation however, there was no performance evaluation done.

Commdel consulting Services is good for work life balance. You can stay here for long time, in this organization all the seniors will support you in your skill enhancement. Admin and HR department is very supportive.

I worked with Commdel for 3 years project was BPCL in Mumbai location it was really nice experience It gives me a great chance to improve my technical skills overall it was really awesome experience. Although we are sitting in remote location but the HR department was very helpful and supportive.

I joined as a fresher and I have to say that I had got very good opportunities to learn while working here.

Dislikes

The bigest issue in commdel(what I think) is planning/estimation phase. There project deadlines are generally missed due to poor planning/estimations. Also it put very high pressure on employees and projects cost overrun. Another thing that I realy dislikes, there are a few instances when someone resigned from his position and company asked him to stay and after 2-3 months company asked them to leave. It simply feels unethical. Also tight deadlines force team to stick to technology they are good in. I.e. old technologies.
