Very less educated and less experienced people are hired making the office look like a fish market and miss behaviour, people with zero etiquettes In case of emergency, no leaves approved/ WFH given And the list goes on.

They gave me offer letter but after my resignation they are demanding to move Hyderabad otherwise your offer letter will be cancelled no job security please care full to join while I haven't moved Hyderabad so they have cancelled my offer letter.

Not as much. If you perform and complete your duties it's a good place to consider. If you don't perform & are not good resource then job security is not there.
