There is a big opportunity to learning and gain knowledge about pharma industry. It's very difficult to think, there is nothing for like the company.

Work environment of rania plant is not that much good compare to other industry. They are not appreciate employee's good work. As soon as they are there employee feel like PRISON. They are not providing proper facilities of canteen.
