Company tagline is professional people but in reality it should be most unprofessional people. Zonal manager is unethical and will use you for his targets and will get billing on his name and also running his own firms. He makes fraudlent office expenses bill as well as travel bills. Unprofessional management only concern is business whether is in done in unethical way. Service employees are running their firms in head office at senior level but company is not bothered only concern is business. Still if you want to join you will be giving same review after 6 months. Teammates are very good. There is no job security. And please don't join Jharkhand branch,it's just bakwaas branch. Sabse bakwaas

There is no job security and not proper compensation. Working with Comac is waste of your golden period of your life.

I can say that there were liberty to work as per our own style & Management only see the final outcome.

New management is started the microlevel management which is not good for any sales organization in present scenario. Incompetents' are holding the senior positions & try to apply their failure in this organizations.

No Job security for honest working people, work culture is lala culture, need to give respect to fool seniors, who not even know their job roles, only got jobs by recommendations, reference, and working on chamchagiri completely. management is so poor, they are very casual on employee benefits, customer benefits, they are working for money, corning the people completely. Policies are worst, not employee or customer friendly company

Exploring one's own potential to the fullest....getting to know the insights of each and every department / functions. True sense of ownership being given to am employee to feel like an entrepreneur.

Overall the journey been through very ups and downs, of the company. Still manages to get out of the situation every time in crises arises.
