The company offers a great work environment. Especially for female employee the work life balance is good. The 4-day work weeks gives extra family time. Loads of employee engagement activities are conducted. The management is very approachable. Concerns are heard and addressed on priority. Effective communication makes it a great team to work with.

Nothing much to dislike here. All requirements are addressed immediately.

Com1 is good place to start up career for freshers and experienced for those having interest in data. They have small staff count , hence they attend issues personally. They have strict office timings'.

- Very Decent Work culture. - Extremely Supportive and cooperative staff. - The Manager Preeti ma'am is very kind hearted and is like a friend. She'll listen to your every single problem and try to sort it out. - The director Ajay Sir is strict and soft at the same time. For corrupt employees he's strict for honest one he's Soft and friendly. He will listen employees each and every problem and try to sort it out immediately. - Everyone try to support each other and keep the environment friendly.

Dislikes

- Facilities like accomodation and some perks are not included. - Company size is small, but again there's a lot to learn and lot to experience everywhere.
