Good salary and growth opportunity for young people who want to learn new skills. Free lunch and snacks facility and also dinner reimbursement if you are late due to work. 9hrs shift with Sunday off. Supportive HR's and CMD in terms of work or any other issue within the office. All companies have its pros and cons. Company is growing.

Kind of restricted environment. Too many camera's for micro management of employees which gets annoying over a period of time but no one wants to talk about it due to job security. No walking space within the premises and you have to inform each time if you leave the office for any reason. Also if you are coming from a corporate background, you will have to get used to calling everyone Sir/Madam every now and then in your statements because here people think its a disrespect if you don't call them that and will start teaching you about respecting others as few old staffs are really annoying and sit on your head. Company has 3months notice period from the day of joining for all employees at all levels.

...out the company, 1. Good corporate culture with well- experienced management. 2. I was getting salary on time. 3. I was always appreciated with promotion for my work. 4. Top management were always supportive and they will always involve employee in meetings and decision making. 5. There is proper security in the office, you will never feel unsafe. 6. This is a safe and stable organisation. - Got my experience letter and all documents on time, their HR is very supportive. - I worked around 8 years in Columbia Petrochem ltd, because of family shifting and personal reasons i had to leave the company, but it was one of the best experiences i have ever experienced in my career.

Everything thing is terrible here. Your self respect will be shattered and you will be thrown out of the job anytime for any silly reasons. Expectation of your performance delivery is very high but without any authority. FNF will never be released. So here employees leave the company without information and after taking there monthly salary credit. Technical person get to know about bad reputation of the company so they don't join or blackout during offer. But non-technical person never know this during joining so they fall prey and again search job within first week of their joining. This is a career destroyer company in the market. Please avoid ########.

...ere for a while, I still find the positive work culture engaging and motivating. What's more, the regular salary increases add to the sense of growth and achievement in my role.

Managing production schedules can be challenging but is part of the job.
